Mr. Mishkin Graduated Girard College in 1960 and Temple University in 1964 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

He is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants as well as the Tax Section of the American Institute.

In 1964 Mr. Mishkin joined Price Waterhouse where he spent approximately two years on the accounting staff before transferring to the tax department in the firm. He was a tax manager when he left Price Waterhouse in December 1972. His responsibilities included tax planning and compliance supervision for many privately owned and Fortune 500 companies. During his tenure some of the larger public clients for which he had responsibility were: Scott Paper Co.; Campbell Soup Co.; and Crown, Cork & Seal. He represented clients in various manufacturing industries, service businesses, the entertainment industry, real estate developers, etc. Mr. Mishkin had substantial experience in international tax planning and was responsible for many clients with extensive international operations.

In January 1973 he became Corporate Secretary and Director of Taxes for LCA Corporation, a diversified manufacturing conglomerate with sales in excess of $300,000,000. He was responsible for the tax planning and compliance activities of approximately 45 subsidiaries which included such companies and divisions as: Progress Lighting; Farberware; and Spartus Clocks. He was responsible for companies throughout the United States as well as for the international planning and coordination since many of the companies had international operations. He has extensive experience with regard to business operations in the Far East and Canada.

In January 1976 he was a founding partner of Gable, Peritz, Mishkin & Co. In this capacity he has dealt extensively with entrepreneurial owned companies in various fields with regard to federal and state income tax planning, estate planning, and international tax planning. He also has extensive experience in working with clients relative to the acquisition and disposition of businesses, financing, planning for business succession, etc. The major industries in which he has experience include: commercial and residential real estate owners and developers; construction companies; manufacturing; various financial service companies; professional corporations in the medical and legal fields; toy manufacturers and importers; and clothing and promotional goods manufacturers and importers.

A major portion of his practice is now devoted to high net worth individuals and family wealth management with concentration in estate, income and international tax and business matters unique to such clients. He has been named a trustee in various trusts formed by clients as well as named estate executor in clients' wills.

Mr. Mishkin has served as a consultant and expert witness in various tax and accounting related cases.
He has been a speaker to various groups on tax matters. He has organized and is involved in the presentation of various educational seminars and a past co-chair of the PICPA (Philadelphia Chapter) Committee on Cooperation with the Bar Association. He has also been active in various business and charitable organizations.

Mr. Mishkin is a former member of the Board of Directors of Regent National Bank and was a member of the Bank's audit, oversight and compensation committees. He is also a former member of the Board of Directors of Compuscan, Inc., a technology company
